At Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres, we want your experience to be exceptional from the very beginning. Please take note of the following reservation policies:
– Reservations at 8:00 PM have a maximum duration of 2 hours.
– Reservations from 10:00 PM onwards may enjoy their table until the restaurant closes.
– We cannot guarantee a specific seating area (terrace or indoor), but we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability and weather conditions.
– If you are running late, please notify us in advance. If 15 minutes pass from your reserved time without notice, your reservation will unfortunately be cancelled.

To ensure we can offer the best possible service to all our customers, any cancellation must be made 24 hours before the reservation. This allows us to better manage our tables and ensure that everyone can enjoy their time at ELDELMAR Hermanos Torres.
Your credit card information will only be used to secure the reservation. No charges or holds will be applied unless the cancellation is made less than 8 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe or do not attend at the reserved date and time, a fee of €40 per person will be charged.
