1. Validity:
The gift card is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
2. Exclusive use:
The gift card is valid exclusively at Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres, located at the Port Olímpic of Barcelona.
3. Redemption and conditions of use:
– The gift card must be used in a single transaction.
– No change or remaining balance will be given if the consumption is lower than the card’s value.
– If the final bill exceeds the value of the card, the guest must pay the difference.
– Not valid for private events.
4. Reservation required:
Advance booking is strongly recommended, and the use of the gift card must be mentioned when booking. Subject to availability.
5. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
The gift card is non-refundable, in whole or in part, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Lost, stolen or unauthorized use:
Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of the card.
7. Modifications:
Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without affecting gift cards already purchased.
