Barcelona has given us its sea, its light, and its energy. We have set the table. And today, we can proudly say: Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres is part of the prestigious MICHELIN Guide.
It’s been less than nine months since we opened our doors at the Balcó Gastronòmic del Port Olímpic, and we already share space with restaurants that MICHELIN Guide inspectors consider essential. This is a recognition of our cuisine, but also of an experience that begins long before the first bite: the endless view of the sea, the light flooding the dining room, the aroma of freshly arrived ingredients in the kitchen.

For those who love fine dining, the MICHELIN Guide is more than just a name: it’s the compass that points to the places where eating becomes a memorable experience. It’s not just about stars, but about joining a select group of restaurants that guarantee, on every visit, impeccable ingredients, refined technique, distinctive personality, and service that accompanies without imposing.
For us, it’s the confirmation that we remain true to what we believe in: a Mediterranean-rooted cuisine, made with seasonal products and with absolute respect for tradition.

At Eldelmar, the Mediterranean takes center stage. The menu brings together freshly landed fish and seafood, carefully selected meats and poultry, rice dishes with the Torres signature, and vegetables that speak of the season we’re in.
Some dishes that have already become emblems include: Creamy risotto-style rice with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, Wild sea bass baked in herb salt with roasted eggplant and citrus meunière, and Formentera-style grilled lobster with garlic.
This summer, new creations have expanded our horizons, such as esqueixada de bacalao “El Barquero”, brown crab salad, and fish moqueca with seafood.
But Eldelmar is not only a place to taste the Mediterranean on a plate: it’s also a space to live it at every moment of the day.
At Eldelmar, the experience doesn’t begin or end with the plate. Lunchtime might start with a chilled vermouth and oysters opened on the spot, as the harbor breathes through the windows. The afternoon stretches out in conversations and salty breezes, and when night falls, the dining room glows warmly, accompanying steaming rice dishes, freshly grilled fish, and drinks served without looking at the clock.
The bar hums with the comings and goings of those who prefer a bite standing, while the window tables offer the privilege of dining with the Mediterranean just a step away. Here, every visit is different, but all end with the same feeling: that of having let yourself be carried by the rhythm of the sea.

Our wine list, curated by sommelier Xavi Nolla, spans more than twenty countries and combines renowned labels with treasures from small producers. The inspiration is always the sea, connecting Mediterranean and Atlantic regions through their winemaking culture.
Over 400 labels await to pair each dish and turn every meal into a journey.

Being part of the MICHELIN Guide is an honor. But what excites us most is sharing it with you. We want you to feel it, taste it, and remember it. Because here, every dish and every moment have a single purpose: that when you look at the horizon from your table, you think this is how the Mediterranean tastes.
